What you will be doing
- Contract Review: Thoroughly review draft and negotiate all kinds of commercial contracts including NDAs, MOUs, SLAs and MSAs to ensure compliance with legal and company standards identifying potential risks and issues.
- Contract Management: Maintain and organize a repository of contracts tracking key milestones, renewals and other important dates.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in contract negotiations as needed drafting amendments or revisions to protect the companys interests.
