About The Role
As a Paralegal you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Landlord and Tenant claims. You will be encouraged to take early responsibility for the litigation process, albeit always under appropriate supervision.

Working with a team you will ensure that you deliver good customer outcomes whilst adhering with SRA and company requirements. We undertake a wide range of litigation work and encourage an early level of client contact and file responsibility.

Responsibilities include: Managing a caseload on behalf of a range of clients and resolving disputes in a commercial manner either via the Courts or via the use of mediation and other ADR techniques;
Assess the prospects of success of claims, negotiate and litigate claims through the civil courts if necessary to trial focusing on the best result for each client.
