Paralegal (1-year Contract), Global Asset Management

A global asset management is looking for a Paralegal (1-year contract) to join their Legal team based in Singapore. For the right candidate, this position offers a genuine pathway to convert into a permanent role, based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver legal support for institutional and intermediary clients in Asia ex-Japan, managing agreement reviews and maintaining internal legal systems
• Review fund documentation for our APAC-registered fund ranges
• Handle company secretarial tasks for APAC entities
• Assist in tracking and implementing privacy and data protection regulations across APAC

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal support experience, ideally within asset management
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts is preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
