Specialty Paddling Programs – Recreational Level

Position Overview

The Para & PaddleAll Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, delivering, and advancing the Club’s adaptive paddling programs for individuals with disabilities at the recreational level. This role combines program coordination, adaptive sport expertise, volunteer leadership, and hands‑on facilitation to ensure participants receive a safe, inclusive, and meaningful paddling experience. The Coordinator works closely with the Recreation Program Manager, seasonal staff, and volunteer teams to provide high‑quality programming aligned with the Club’s mission.
