Pakistan Health & WASH Strategy Consultant (2026–2030)

Request for Proposal: Consultation Services for Development of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Health and WASH Strategy 2026‑2030.

Purpose of the Consultancy

• Develop a comprehensive, evidence‑based, operationally realistic Health and WASH Strategy aligned with PRCS Strategy 2030, national policies and humanitarian standards.
• Provide continued support and expertise to PRCS during and after the contract.

Contract Duration

16 weeks from the date of contract signing.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder consultations, workshops, strategy drafting, and presentations.
• Design and implement the methodology, detailed work plan, and quality assurance approach for the strategy development.
• Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team including Public Health, Health Systems, WASH, MEAL specialists.
