- Wednesday 22nd July start

- 4 weeks+

- Price Work - small works, refreshing existing paintwork. Small rooms, 1 coat needed. Minor fill and prep work (not in all rooms)

- Student accomodation

- Prices:

£75 - standard bedroom

£85 - premium bedroom

£100 - kitchens

£130 - corridors

£55-£95 - staircase lobbies
