We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The role involves painting vehicle bodies, assemblies, and parts, performing spray‑booth painting on various assemblies, and ensuring that all painting processes meet specified standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and applying primers and paints, cleaning and maintaining paint equipment, spray booths, and air systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct all surface preparation, including body filling, glazing, sanding, scuffing, and cleaning.
+ Set up, adjust, and operate automatic spray equipment and bake cycles to meet coating thickness specifications.
+ Interpret and follow prints, sketches, instructions, procedures, and applicable military/commercial specifications.
+ Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineering, Operations, and other departments throughout production.
