Painter

Responsibilities

Paint interior and exterior surfaces in all hospital areas, carry out minor repairs (leaks, doors, windows, furniture), conduct routine checks on fixtures and equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, respond to maintenance requests, repair hospital equipment, keep work areas clean, provide immediate assistance for emergencies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Completion of a vocational training program in painting, carpentry, or a related trade (preferred).
• Certification in painting, construction, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in a healthcare or large institutional setting (preferred).
• Proven ability to handle electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
