**Job Title: Powder Coat Painter – 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
This role sets up and operates painting and drying units along a conveyor line to apply powder coating to metal products. You will prepare, hang, paint, and package parts while maintaining consistent quality and following established methods and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate painting and drying units along the conveyor line to coat metal products with paint powder.
+ Apply paint powder to all parts that pass through the paint booth using established methods and procedures.
+ Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of the paint finish throughout the production process.
+ Hang metal parts on the production line, including parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
+ Remove finished parts from the line and package them securely according to standards.
