Paediatric Community Social Worker – Wellington

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Community Child Health Social Worker to support children aged 0–15 and their whānau across outpatient, community, and inpatient settings. The role involves psychosocial assessments, MDT collaboration, and coordination with external agencies.

Applicants must be NZ Registered Social Worker with current annual practicing certificate and a minimum of 3 years of social work experience, with a focus on grief, loss and Te Tiriti commitments.
