PACT Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Summary The Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) at the Wausau CBOC functions in the ambulatory care section of the Pharmacy service line. The PACT CPS works collaboratively with Primary Care Providers in active pharmacotherapy management of individual patients and assists in the educational mission of the Pharmacy Service. Coordinates care for patients with other healthcare providers.
