Packaging Manager Free State

FMCG manufacturing concern is looking for an experienced Packaging Manager .

Experience and qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience in managing a team effectively
• 2 years Supervisory experience with at least 3 years Packaging experience in a grain milling environment

Abilities / competencies / knowledge:

• Leadership capabilities
• Technical knowledge of Automated Packing Machines
• Computer literate - Advanced Excel

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the team
• Managing the optimisation of the packing equipment, spares, parts, consumables, etc
• Manage OEE''s and packing material
• Manage and adhere to standards
