Packaging Maintenance Lead — Predictive & CI Excellence

AB InBev Africa is seeking a Packaging Maintenance Lead to drive asset care in the packaging area. You will manage maintenance activities, lead a team of artisans, and implement continuous improvements to reduce breakdowns and optimise PM procedures.

You will coach engineers on safety, cost control and SOP usage while ensuring SHE policy compliance and high standards across operations. This role is on-site in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
