Job Description
**You are responsible for**
+ Technical leadership in all packaging aspects of product development, launch and maintenance stage processes. Ensure smooth design transfer to industrialization, implementation of packaging requirements, check & optimization of systems and sub-systems, problem-solving in design and providing guidance to internal team, and external vendors ensuring robust end-to-end packaging design to fulfil quality / reliability/ safety and meet system requirements.
+ Packaging requirements definition, development and launch plus aftercare of innovation projects, driving design review and development with (internal) engineering teams, OEM/ODM manufactures, including lifecycle product quality improvements.
+ Managing the technical execution of packaging development with the cross-functional team and external vendors. Ensuring packaging requirements are clearly communicated and understood by suppliers.
