+ Lead packaging projects or teams to design, develop, optimize and specify materials that deliver consumer benefit through new products, quality improvements and cost-savings opportunities.
+ Apply industry-leading technologies and tools and leverage supplier relationships while effectively managing intellectual property rights.
+ Deliver solutions on time and on budget using project management methodologies and providing status updates to stakeholders.
+ Provide technical leadership for packaging development and packaging technologies by: continually updating your business-relevant expertise; driving the technical development of people by teaching, coaching, mentoring and identifying future technical leaders; defining and sharing technical best practices, and; influencing the technical direction of the business.
