Skills & Experience required Knowledge and experience of the food packaging / flexible packaging industry, including multi‑layer film, adhesives, lamination, other conversion processes and print processes. Experience of successfully progressing new product development projects in the flexible packaging industry. Can demonstrate hands‑on experience of applying problem‑solving techniques to product development challenges in flexible packaging.
