Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the Heads.
Maintain and update records and databases accurately and efficiently.
Organise events, including logistics and liaising with external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
