P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Analyst
A downtown Calgary-based organization seeks a detail‑oriented, collaborative analyst to support end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay processes, ensuring transactional accuracy and driving process improvement.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Manage purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with company policies, budgets, and stakeholder requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate procurement needs into accurate and actionable purchase orders
- Validate and process invoices, ensuring proper matching to purchase orders and receipts
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve vendor and internal issues, and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Support the overall Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle by coordinating across procurement, accounts payable, and business units
