An established food manufacturing group is offering a structured P2 Technical Training opportunity for aspiring Electrical and Mechanical Engineering professionals who have completed their S4 studies and P1 practical training. This programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world engineering practice. Successful trainees will join the company’s bakeries manufacturing operations for a six-month in-service P2 training programme. During this time, trainees will gain practical exposure to production systems, equipment maintenance, and operational processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Upon successful completion of the initial programme, trainees may be offered an additional six-month training contract to further deepen their practical experience.
