Overnight Dock Worker/Forklift Operator

Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dock Worker / Forklift Operator to join our client’s warehouse team in Charlottetown. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced shipping and receiving environment and has experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

The Job

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound customer freight, both manually and using a forklift
• Assist with stripping and loading trailers
• Operate electric and manual pallet jacks
• Palletize freight and secure loads using load bars
• Perform general dock labour, including lifting, carrying, and moving freight
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping floors and trailers and disposing of debris
• Complete basic clerical duties as assigned
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
