Outside Sales Representative - Climate Control

Sunbelt Rentals , the fastest‑growing rental company in North America, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Climate Control Services division.

What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage a territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Partner closely with teams across Sunbelt’s General Tool and Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey, multi‑solution rentals.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with internal Sales Reps and Managers to drive deeper customer penetration and maximize opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, using a solutions‑based approach to recommend the right products for each unique customer challenge.
