Join as an Outdoor Ropes Course Adventure Facilitator and lead campers in unforgettable activities. Support team building and instill safety while navigating a thrilling ropes course experience.
In this full-time summer role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants in high and low ropes activities. Your responsibilities include setting up and maintaining equipment, conducting safety checks, and providing mentorship to assistants. Engage actively in camper interactions to nurture their adventurous spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead diverse ropes course programs for campers
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment
• Oversee the maintenance of the tackle shed
• Work closely with the Program Director to restock supplies
• Greet campers at drop-off to enhance their arrival experience
Requirements:
• High school graduate is preferred
• Experience leading groups of children is valuable
