Outdoor Field Supervisor – Agriculture & Crops

Puro, a New Zealand–owned medicinal cannabis company, is seeking a Field Supervisor for its Kekerengu site. You will oversee daily field activities, support a team of field workers, and ensure adherence to best-practice cultivation standards to deliver safe, high-quality crops.

You will monitor crop health and environmental conditions, coordinate interventions, and maintain rigorous records while training staff and ensuring health and safety compliance.
