Outbound Telesales Leader & Team Coach

A community sports organization is seeking a Telesales Manager to lead their outbound sales team in Mississauga. This full-time role includes driving lead generation and business development. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent experience is required, along with knowledge of CRM tools. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
