Outbound Sales Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Cold Calling Specialist to drive new business growth. In this role, you will not only make high-volume outbound calls but also act as a strategic researcher. You will study target accounts before dialing to deliver personalized pitches for our SEO and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Research: Conduct deep-dive research on targeted niche accounts to understand their current online presence, traffic gaps, and pain points before outreach.
• High-Volume Outreach: Execute 250+ outbound calls daily to decision makers (Owners, VPs, Marketing Directors) within our ICP.
• Needs Analysis: Uncover client challenges using a consultative approach; tailor value props for SEO, PPC, and web design.
• Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule high-intent discovery meetings for the Sales Team.
