What you will do
As an Outbound Logistics Executive, you will:
Plan logistics for all shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with internal and external stakeholdersManage multiple lines of communication between factory, customers, logistics service providers, and other stakeholdersEnsure the integrity of import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other statutory documentsEnsure on-time completion and compliance of outbound/inbound shipment process flow in TMS and related systemsContinually review shipment schedules and report exceptions to relevant stakeholdersEnsure compliance with trade and destination requirements on legal, transportation, and customs authority matters Operational Logistics Optimization
