Outbound Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries via phone.

Provide information about products and services to enhance customer experience.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Maintain customer records and documentation of interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and expectations.

Available in on-site and Day shift work.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or related fields.
