Job Description
- Salary: UP $3,300 per month
- Office Location: Central - Newton/Clarke Quay area (require field visit)
- Working Period: till end Dec (renewable based on business needs & performance)
- Conduct outbound calls to respondents to administer surveys and collect accurate, complete, and timely data.
- Engage and encourage respondents to participate in surveys while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Accurately record, compile, and update survey responses and related information in the system.
- Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure survey responses are complete, reliable, and aligned with project requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with respondents throughout the survey period to enhance response rates and data quality.
