The OT SOC Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving Operational Technology Security Operations capabilities across the company offshore and onshore environments.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Lead the OT Security Operations function;
- Manage OT threat detection and incident response activities;
- Develop OT‑specific security monitoring and response procedures;
- Oversee OT vulnerability management and remediation programs;
- Coordinate with vessel operations, engineering teams, and external security partners;
- Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and regulations;
- Drive OT cybersecurity awareness and maturity initiatives;
- Report on OT security posture and operational risks to management.
