Job Description

What's The Role
The OSP Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting outside plant infrastructure, including cable locating, outage repair, network surveys, power supply maintenance, and participation in new network builds, in accordance with the Company’s procedures and standards. The role requires participation in shift work and on‑call rotations across St. Vincent and the Grenadines, responding to service issues impacting the company’s products and services as operational needs require.
What You'll Do
Performs daily routine troubleshooting of the company transport/distribution network from the FLOW central office and/or network node through the distribution cable to the TAP/DP to restore customer service in accordance with agreed industry standards and processes.
