As Fokka Foundation expands its activities, we are looking for a participation coordinator to develop and implement activities aimed at young adults in the Forssa region.

In this role, you will work in a meaningful position to strengthen youth participation and reduce loneliness. The target group for the activities is young adults, especially NEET youth and those experiencing loneliness. The activities are based on voluntariness, young people's own wishes, and safe socializing. The goal is to create opportunities for participation, trying new things, finding communities, and building confidence in the future.

• Planning and implementing weekly and monthly activities;
• Coordinating group activities, trips, and hobby trials;
• Marketing activities and reaching out to young people;
