The role
Equal parts clinical leadership and Founder's Office. You provide knee-focused consultations via telemedicine, design treatment plans across conservative and surgical pathways, coordinate with physios, pain specialists, and care teams, and refine clinical protocols. You also work directly with the founder on product, strategy, and fundraising. Senior affiliated surgeons handle complex procedures. You own the clinical vision.
