Orthopaedic CNS — Care Pathways Lead (0.9 FTE)

Tauranga Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to coordinate patient flow within orthopaedic pathways and support acute and complex patients and their whānau to navigate care and treatment choices.

The CNS will educate patients about options to achieve optimal health outcomes, work with a fast-moving orthopaedic team, and contribute to quality and equity in care delivery. This is a part-time 0.9 FTE position based in Tauranga.
