Organizational Change Management Lead - ERP Modernization

Reporting to the Director, Product Planning and Delivery – ERP Modernization, the Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for providing senior-level change management expertise to large, complex, and high-profile corporate initiatives, including enterprise-wide technology modernization projects and business transformations.

This role acts as a lead advisor in ensuring change management methodologies, tools, and practices are successfully applied to guide change in Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL). Fostering relationships and building trust are key elements in implementing change management activities. Through advisory, coaching, and hands‑on support, risks are identified and mitigated, and adoption outcomes are achieved. The role partners with project teams, leaders, and business partners to enable uptake of business‑led decisions by translating change impacts into structured adoption and readiness strategies.
