We are seeking an experienced

Organizational Change Management Lead

to drive the end-to-end change strategy for the

SAP Plus

program. The successful candidate will lead change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new business processes, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the organizational change management strategy for the SAP Plus program.

Lead the development and execution of integrated change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans.

Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effects on roles, processes, policies, and organizational behaviors.
