Organization Effectiveness Division Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Organization Effectiveness strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives across Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Experience & Industrial Relations, and Organization Development.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent identification, leadership development, mentoring, and high-potential talent programs to strengthen organizational capability.
• Drive employee experience initiatives by enhancing the employee lifecycle, improving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
