Job Purpose

To develop and implement organisational development interventions which enable employees and business to function optimally.

Outputs

• Collaborate and partner with business and HC team to facilitate and deliver value adding organisation development interventions which address identified organisational development gaps.
• Manage the design and implementation of interventions customised to fulfil identified organisational development needs.
• Conduct evaluation measures on implemented interventions to analyse the effectiveness of these and if it achieved the desired outcomes.
• Partner with business and the HC team in initiating and improving the effective delivery of human capital management solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices.
