To lead and execute the people component of large-scale organisational transformation, translating the high-level operating model and strategic blueprints into concrete, functional people structures, clear roles, and defined working behaviours. This role focuses on the detailed design and successful implementation of the 'people component' of the organisational model, ensuring every role, team, and interface is structured to achieve maximum business efficiency and strategic alignment.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

  • Structural Design & Role Definition: Take the high-level operational blueprint and lead the detailed design of organisational hierarchies, reporting lines, span of control, and team structures (people structures).
