Role purpose

As an Organization Design & Effectiveness Manager, you will develop and recommend macro‑operating models and organization structures across VOIS, partnering with the business on strategic priorities and transformations to ensure VOIS is effectively organized to deliver its strategy. This role also aims to create an environment that enables our employees to reach their full potential and ensures our customers receive the highest level of service.
