Order to Cash Transformation & Automation Manager

AstraZeneca is undertaking a multi‑year transformation of its global Order to Cash (O2C) and Banking processes to drive scalability, automation, and an outstanding customer and cash experience.

The O2C Transformation & Automation Manager will act as a global functional design authority for O2C and Banking process and system changes, reporting directly to the Associate DirectorO2C & Banking (Design).

The role will manage end‑to‑end process and solution design decisions ensuring that all changes are scalable, controlled, and aligned to the global target operating model.

Execution and build activities are typically delivered by IT, system integrators, and service partners , with this role providing direction, challenge, formal design approval and if required delivery support.
