Role Overview:
As the Order Taker - In Room Dining at Delano Dubai you will be the first point of contact for guests placing in-room dining orders. You will embody the brands spirit of refined sophistication and intuitive service ensuring each guest interaction is warm efficient and seamless. Your role is to guide guests through the menu make thoughtful recommendations accurately record orders and coordinate with the kitchen and service team to deliver a flawless in-room dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer all incoming IRD calls promptly warmly and professionally following Delano service standards.
Take food and beverage orders clearly and efficiently ensuring accuracy in communication and upselling where appropriate.
