Order Management Specialist with Dutch and French

Our client is Xerox, a US business globally recognised, providing print and digital document solutions across more than 160 countries.

They are currently looking for a new team member to join their Order-to-Cash (OTC / O2C) team in Barcelona, within the finance operations department, as an Order Management Specialist - BeNeLux Market .

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage workflow efficiently to meet targets and service standards
• Process orders and returns accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of precision
• Check orders for completeness, correct pricing, and required details before processing
• Update customer information, order notes, and billing / shipping data in the system
• Act as the main point of contact for order-related inquiries
• Ensure high-quality order handling and contribute to efficient operational flow
