Responsibilities
- Call center activity.
- Availability: time slots from 7am to 7pm, with varying shifts.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Customer‑facing role in the specified region.
- Process customer purchase orders and follow‑up activities.
- Support day‑to‑day transactions: training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes, and archiving of all transaction documentation.
- Exhibit excellence in customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
- Prioritize workload effectively.
- Maintain high attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
- Ensure zero client escalations and adhere to all SLAs.
- Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies when selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
