Oral Care Sales & Field Team Lead

Colgate-Palmolive Lima is seeking an Oral Care Consultant Supervisor to lead a team of consultants across a defined territory, coaching them to meet sales targets and coverage KPIs. You will design and execute marketing plans for dental professionals and drive engagement with KOLs, dental schools, and hospitals.

You will also analyze market data and CRM insights to optimize the dentist panel and maximize product distribution, coordinating with pharmacy teams to improve sell-out across channels.
