Oracle HCM Learning, Skills, and Talent Development Consultant

Lead the review, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Learning and Talent Development solutions, including Skills, Development Plans, and/or Mentoring processes. Conduct business process assessments, stakeholder workshops, and feasibility studies to align organizational learning and talent management requirements with Oracle best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and optimizing learning, skills, and talent development processes, ensuring scalability for future workforce planning, talent management, and recruitment initiatives.
• Gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution documentation.
