Job Description
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience and proficient in
- Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports
- Oracle Integration Cloud
- Data Loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Data Extracts)
- Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, Sandbox, Groovy Scripts.
- Knowledge in JIRA
- Knowledge in Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits.
- Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology
- Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
