Job Description
The Sr. Manager – Oracle Fusion Practice is a hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant accountable for the end-to-end ownership, governance, and continuous evolution of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform across Finance (ERP), Procurement, and Human Capital Management (HCM). The incumbent brings deep configuration expertise in all three pillars alongside strong technical development skills — covering OIC integrations, BI Publisher, OTBI, VBCS extensions, Fast Formulas, FBDI/HDL data loads, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom enhancements. The role further champions the adoption of Oracle AI capabilities (AI Agents, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing, Predictive Analytics) across Finance, Procurement, and HCM to drive measurable process automation and insight.
