Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).
- Strong expertise in utility business processes including Meter-to-Cash, Customer Service, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Revenue Management.
- Hands-on experience with CC&B architecture, configuration, customization, workflows, algorithms, batch processing, and integrations.
- Experience integrating CC&B with MDM, C2M, Oracle ERP, CRM, AMI, GIS, and external systems.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
