Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Regional Chief of Optometry, examines eyes to determine visual status & performance by means of instrumentation & observation, & prescribes corrective procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Examines patients having a full range of visual problems by taking patients case history & reviewing medical records, if available.
+ Examines patients eyes & adjoining structures for evidence of pathology.
+ Investigates the state of patients visual functioning by using a full field of optometric instruments & techniques.
