Experience

2 years to less than 3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in patient assessment.
• Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine.
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
• Provide advice about merchandise.
• Assist in preparation and administration of examinations.
• Obtain specifications for eyeglasses and contact lenses from a prescription prepared by an ophthalmologist or optometrist.
